Coaching for all areas of life.
It is an investment in yourself, your team, and or your business that has both immediate and long-term results.
It will help you identify self-awareness of strengths, weakness, motivation, and thought patterns to maximize your potential.
It will help you set and prioritize both short term and long-term goals as a map to get you where you want to go.
It will help build and achieve resilience, work / life balance, develop a sense of purpose, improve confidence, and enhance communication skills.
It will help you increase your perception, self awareness, efficiency, emotional regulation, and social connections.
It will help manage your stress levels by giving a guide to make decisions by and help you learn to use mistakes and missteps as a positive tool for growth.
It gives you an accountability partner which allows you to be results oriented.
It will help you envision a greater possibility and purpose for yourself and help you achieve it.
Anyone who wants to improve their lives.
Anyone who wants to learn, develop and grow.
Anyone who wants to achieve personal, professional, and / or business success.
Everyone from CEO’s to high school graduates.
Coaching is most commonly done one on one, however, it can be done in small groups if the individuals have a set of common goals.
How Much Will Life Coaching Cost?
Life Coaches can vary widely in price from $50 to 250 a session. With high level experienced executive coaching sometimes charging over $600 a session.
I charge $50 a session due to both the area I live in and the fact that I’m still new to coaching.
Regardless of cost an individual must look at the investment of self as the most important investment that can ever be made. Once you reach your full potential you can give more to your family, friends, and career.
Where Does Coaching Take Place?
Coaching can be done in person or online. All that is needed is a dedicated time with quiet and no distractions.
